This ancient rural estate, probably the most important in the whole Caribbean, was constructed in the early 17th century. In 1970, it has been renovated and converted into a hotel with restaurant. The hotel, set amidst a luxuriant 8-hectar park planted with rare tropical species surrounded by bananas and pineapple plantations in the foothills of Mount Pelee, guarantees you a step back in time.
